Responsibilities
· Undertakes a number of activities, including employee benefits design, employee recruitment, training and development, performance appraisal, and rewarding.
· Assists with the development and planning of the personnel/HR operations.
· Improves the relevant policies and process for employee onboarding and resignation.
· Responsible for the management of employee information and the maintenance of Employee Files.
· Responsible for the construction of enterprise culture and the creation of office atmosphere.

Job Requirements
· A university degree in Human Resources Management, Administrative Management, Pharmaceutical Sciences or Chemistry, is required.
· Familiar with the workflow and operation of human resources management, and a minimum of 1 years work experience is required.
· Understands the human resource management theory of modern enterprises, National and local labor policies and regulations.
· Masters various recruitment channels.
· Excellent communication skills.
