Responsibility:
1.Construction of organization, team, company culture and working atmosphere.
2.Develop effective recruitment channels and release recruitment information.  Collect and screen resumes, arrange interviews and so on.
3.Organize and assist departments in recruitment, training and performance appraisal.
4.Implement and improve the policies and procedures for employee entry, conversion, and resignation.
5.Manage employee‘s personnel information and file, account salary and benefits.
6.Other related work.
Requirements:
1.Human Resources, Administration, Management, Chemistry, Pharmacy and other related majors, College degree and above.
2.Over one year working experience.  Familiar with human resource management workflow and operation mode.
3.Has a wide range of recruitment channels, especially school resources.
4.Have a cheerful and lively character and strong communication skills.
5.Understand modern enterprise human resources management theory and related policies and regulations.
